   I have purchased this GPS tracker couple months back, found its over all operation and functionalities very good.

   Had a few initial problems exchanging emails with their support, but in the end I can say I’m a happy and finally a satisfied customer.

   had to purchase a separate cable to change APN info, SMSC and SOS numbers as I’m in Canada and we don’t have AT&T here.

   I hope this helps those who have also purchased this unit and are having abit of a hard time getting it going.

   if you have no luck with support drop your comments and I will try to help you with issues I had with my device at first.

   Compre este GPS y me lleve la sorpresa de que no viene para ser usado en todo el mundo,sino solo en los Estados Unidos.

   Le he escrito varias veces tanto al suplidor como al fabricante, via correo y fax y no he optenido respuesta de ninguno de los dos.

   Me parece que lo importante no es solo vender un equipo, sino hacer que el cliente quede totalmente satisfecho, pero parece que a ellos no les interesa esa parte.

   Like me, you may have a cell phone and GPS, but when you combine them into a tracking device for a loved one or pet then it becomes more complicated. I had trouble getting started using the tracker and the Fanatic Digital support team provided advice and assistance quickly and thoroughly until the tracker worked as advertised. I can track current and previous locations on the Internet (going back days, weeks, and months), receive automated SOS calls, and can create perimeters whereby the tracker sends an automated call when the loved one/device crosses the perimeter boundary. I would have preferred a mobile carrier other than AT&T, like O2 and the other discount carriers, but that was not possible. This is an excellent product, priced lower than other trackers, and does not require a subscription fee. You buy/own the tracker and feed AT&T quarterly for about an $8 per month usage ($0 when not in use). No special equipment is needed to setup and monitor the tracker, only Internet access. This is a relatively new device type and this offering delivers great results, exceeding it’s competitors.

   I bought this and tried to follow their instructions but the website does not have the registration page as shown in the guide and the simm chip has to be activated to use but all the instructions say is contact at&t to activate but they give no phone number and there are about 1000 numbers for at&t. I also sent an email to the support people and it has been a month and they still have not responded. I would save your money
