When I got my first GPS about a year ago, I got this case and was very happy with it. Then I gave my GPS and case to a friend and ordered a new GPS and the same case. It’s very portable, easy to use, protects my GPS and still high quality. Very satisfied with it and the vendor for their quick delivery.
If you want to use this GPS for walking around in some unfamilaiar city, this case is a must.
This case is a little more expensive than the others but the 765T fits well and the case does a good job protecting the unit. You can charge the unit without taking it out of the case.
THIS CASE DOES FIT THE NUVI 765T SO I DON’T KNOW WHAT ONE WRITER WAS TALKING ABOUT. IT’S A NICE CASE SEEMED TO BE WELL MADE AND IS DEFINITELY LEATHER. I DON’T KNOW WHY PEOPLE SAID IT IS NOT LEATHER, THEY PROBABLY CAN’T TELL LEATHER FROM THE FAKE STUFF. THE REASON I RETURNED THE CASE WAS IT WAS A LITTLE TO BULKY FOR ME TO SLIDE IN A POCKET DURING SUMMER. OTHERWISE I LIKED THE CASE AND REALLY THOUGHT ABOUT KEEPING IT. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE THICKNESS IT ADDS TO THE UNIT, THEN I WOULD SAY IT IS THE PERFECT CASE FOR YOU. IF YOU NEED AN EXTREMELY TOUGH CASE THAT CAN WITHSTAND BEING RUN OVER BY A CAR, CHECK OUT PELICAN PRODUCTS CASES. IN ANY CASE, MAKE SURE YOU GET A CASE WITH A STRAP TO HOLD THE UNIT IN THE CASE. THAT IS HOW MY FIRST UNIT GOT DAMAGED, IT FELL OUT OF THE GARMIN CASE AND BROKE THE SWITCH. JA FROM NJ
Garmin should have included the case with the Nui. The fit is perfect and it does a good job of protecting the Nui.
