item does nor work as advertised. ordering and shipping were first rate, but product is not useful. perhaps the lesson is to pay a lot more and get a lot more performance. this gadget simply amplifies everything, particular background noise all around you. the small plastic cone is adornment only, neither focusing nor clearing the sounds. Do not recommend.
