first of the toy is not very durable , I would defitnitely tel you kids to be cautious of dropping it and kicking it around. Eduational wise it is fantastic. Binoculars are a great tool for children expecailly if they like birds, My son loves to look for birds through out the season. the night vision part of the binoculars is a flash light which is great when your outside at night. we live in a wooded area and we love to see the possums and raccons at night.

My granddaughter was excited to receive this for her birthday but unfortunately, it arrived broken and was a great disappointment.

Well its definatly not ultra sophisticated , as described. But you get what you pay for, and for $[...] they are pretty fun if a child uses their imagination. Things while look red, because the ultra sophisticated red lenses, but thats about it :) More fun for younger kids expecting less.

It became the talk of the neighborhood and the delight of my 5 year old nephew. He slept with it so he could see the monsters in the room and all the hidden adventures at night.
